Right before I went to work yesterday, I started listening to some of Radiohead’s more ambient music so I could start a few new art projects. Usually when I listen to a new band, most of the songs sound really similar and usually I can differentiate between them really quickly, but holy fuck, I lost track of time so quickly and it felt like I was half asleep for the rest of the day.
When I got home, I started a huge Youtube loop of literally the trippiest Radiohead songs I have ever heard in my life. My hands started shaking really hard and somehow convinced myself that I died or something. Even this morning, I’m still a bit shakey and numb from last night.
I found out a few hours ago that some of the albums sort of continue from eachother, like Amnesiac and Kid A, so I figured, “HEY, WHY NOT DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE DISCOGRAPHY SO I CAN LISTEN TO IT IN ORDER?”
So I did.
Pablo Honey is really good and I haven’t started tripping yet, so I guess this is a good sign, but I know I’ll be dead to the world by the end of the week.
How am I even going to write my MacBeth essay or speech?
Oops
